Don't just stretch before hard dances, do it with every choreo no matter if it's easy or not (this is prob obv). For me, it's easy to learn the choreography if you watch the dance practices, etc (this works for me, it's just a suggestion). The most easiest dance for me was probably Flower by Jisoo. Everyone is different so if you find one dance hard and others find it easy, it's completely fine!! You MUST use the mirrored dance tutorial videos or you'll basically get everything wrong. More tips: Practice dancing with other song genres not just K-pop, this helped me improve my stamina, stiffness, new dance moves, and overall control over my body. (These are mostly opinions so if you disagree don't just bash me in the comments) Make sure to have fun, it is easier to learn a choreography if you have fun with the choreography and NEVER compare yourself to idols.

Dancing is not only about talent.. It's supposed to be fun, just because your not good at it doesn't mean you have to be pressured to? Like dancing is for everyone, as long as they have fun and genuinely love dancing even if they aren't as skilled at it, it's fine! Plus, those K-pop idols train for years and years to perfect dancing, it's different.

From my experience the key of dance is having fun. if you have fun with the choreography Then it will easy to learn so I will recommend a dance that matches your style then it will be easy and comfortable for you Then try other choreography (I hope it will help) but I am confused about my style of dancing 😅
